OK I’ve cooked Machico chicken a couple times, but my mother-in-law and all of my family make it while this looks nice. That does not look like Machiko chicken. it looks drier than it should. I’m sure it taste amazing but the extra flower step is the problem it’s supposed to be liquidy almost when it goes into the grease and it’s supposed to sit overnight.

So so delicious!! 😋 Yummy

It just seems so salty maybe I'm not using it right or have salt sensitivity anyone else feel this way ... too salty do you use sugar to cut it. I love Chinese cooking the flavors and trying to cook more at home.
